Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus are low-cost or free health insurance programs, depending on income, sponsored by New York State. The Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council is a state approved facilitated enrolling agency for these programs. The Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council offers 18 enrollment sites throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. All enrollers are bilingual in Spanish, Turkish, Greek, or Creole.
