Important Information for All Applicants These sites do not operate by appointment. They operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The length of a meeting between an applicant and an enroller takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes. We do our best to accommodate everyone, and the majority of our sites have more than one enroller working. However, on occasion we may need to turn people away in order to assist those people who are already waiting before the end of the session. It is not always possible to meet with everyone because of the sheer volume of individuals coming in to us looking for assistance, especially in light of the economic crisis. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
