Directions From the WEST:

Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to Exit 57. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left at the light onto Motor Parkway/C.R. 67. At the second traffic light, make a left hand turn onto Veterans Memorial Highway/Rte 454. Immediately ahead, make a right turn into the Crossroads Corporate Plaza. The NSHC offices are in the building facing the street, #1383, Suite 26.

Directions From the EAST:

Take Long Island Expressway (I-495) West to Exit 57. At the light, turn right onto Veterans Memorial Highway/Rte 454. Continue straight through the light at Motor Parkway/C.R. 67, then turn right into the Crossroads Corporate Plaza. The NSHC offices are in the building facing the street, #1383, Suite 26.

Directions From the Northern State Parkway:

Take the Northern State Parkway East until its end. Continue through several lights. The road splits between Route 347 and Route 454; bear right onto Route 454/Veterans Memorial Highway. Continue on Route 454 for about 1½ miles. At the shopping center with a Dunkin' Donuts and a Waldbaums, turn left onto Spartan Lane, then immediately turn right into the office complex. Continue ahead to the second building on your left, #1383. The entrance to Suite 26 faces Veterans Highway.
